Terps Pro  Dev

ProDev (Pro-Development) was established to unite UMD students of all fields in the effort to empower individuals in developing countries. Members work together as active citizens of the global community to spread awareness and raise funds for sustainable development. ProDev fosters members’ leadership skills and showcases opportunities for both professional and volunteer work in the United States and abroad.

At ProDev, we’re passionate about making a meaningful impact within the University of Maryland campus and among our international neighbors. We believe that it's important to show empathy with issues surrounding international development, from maternal health, children's education, human trafficking, finance, environmental sustainability, and so on. We hope to continue making an impact through our forums, fundraisers, screening events and guest speaker series.
